Why use a Professional Photographer?
Marketing your property effectively is vital, and the starting point is by attracting buyers with eye catching photography.
Photographs are the first thing seen in a listing, and your only opportunity for potential buyers to form a first impression of your properties. You never get a second chance to make a first impression so why not make it a great one?
Most buyers browse the internet looking on estate agency websites like Zoopla and Rightmove for properties before they even think of arranging a viewing, so having good quality photos in your listing will attract more interest.
Professional photos are vital for any type of property, from luxury houses to lower-end rentals. They will help increase your leads and encourage a higher price.
Poor images give a poor impression
People create shortlists based on many things and the photos on a website help buyers sift out properties that don’t look right. The photos are likely to be one of the key features that stick in their mind.
Some of the key benefits of using professional photographs in your listings:
- Attract more buyers
- Increased leads
- More visits to online listings
- Eyecatching branch displays
- Securing a higher selling price or rent
Remember, any listing for a property, large or small, regardless of value or area, selling or letting, benefits from professional photography to give it that extra edge in an incredibly competitive market.
Why incur an extra cost? You probably don’t have the time, equipment or skills do do your own quality photography so save yourself the hassle and stress and let us add value to your listings. You’ll recoup the reasonable cost in faster turnover of property. It’s no surprise that more and more agents are turning to professional photography to keep ahead of the game.
We can act as a seamless extension of your business, giving your clients the ‘wow’ factor and enhancing your reputation.
How it works: We can either attend a property while you’re taking it on or more often we will arrange a convenient appointment directly with the vendor, landlord or tenant. All they need to do is follow a few simple but important steps to prepare the property for photography. Once the photoshoot is complete – usually less than an hour depending on the size of the property – we will edit and enhance the photographs and supply you with an agreed number in high resolution and internet-ready formats. This is usually done within a maximum of 24 hours. The number of images varies according to the number of rooms but will usually be between 12 and 20.
You also have the option of charging your client for photography perhaps as part of a marketing package and then invoicing us, or we can charge your client directly at an agreed price. We take card payments to keep things simple for them in this case.
